How it Works?
How to earn points:
- Purchase or lease a new vehicle
- Purchase Ford, Motorcraft, or Omnicraft parts at the dealership
- Purchase accessories and any associated labour from the dealership
- Bonus-Point offers such as surveys and special services
- FordPass Reward members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases
What doesn’t earn points:
- Parts counter tickets
- Accessories bought at the time of sale
- Warranty work
- Body Shop repairs
- Non-Ford parts or services
How do points get added to my account:
At the time of purchase our team will add the transaction to your account and the earned points will be deposited within 10 days. 30 days for new vehicle purchases.
How to redeem points
- Points can be redeemed through point-redemption requests via the FordPass Rewards App or website (Redemption Rate 200 Points = $1).
- Points are universal and can be redeemed anywhere that FordPass Reward Points are accepted.
Redeem your points
You can redeem points for:
- The purchase or lease towards a new vehicle
- Ford, Motorcraft or Omnicraft parts, accessories, and related labour
- Routine maintenance/repairs
- Any qualifying transaction

What happened to Owner Advantage Rewards (OAR)?
This has officially come to an end with the introduction of FordPass Rewards. OAR will be honored by:
- Dealer funded service rewards
- Earned oil changes - till January 12, 2023
- And new vehicle sales rewards - till July 16th, 2022
Are FordPass App users automatically enrolled in FordPass Rewards?
When a customer creates a FordPass account, they are automatically enrolled in FordPass Rewards.
Is there a cap on the number of Points a member can earn and redeem?
There is no cap!
Do FordPass Reward points expire?
FordPass points expire and are forfeited when no points have been earned or redeemed within 365 days.
How many FordPass Reward points do members get when they purchase a vehicle?
- Members receive 40,000 points when they purchase a new vehicle AND connect a FordPass Modem for 6 months minimum.
Do I have to own a Ford to enjoy the FordPass Reward Program?
No. You can still enjoy the benefits without owning a Ford vehicle.
Can I earn and redeem points when I visit a Quick Lane?
Yes! You can still enjoy the benefits of FordPass Rewards at our Quick Lane.
