My starter failed when I filled up for diesel in Hearst. The next morning I went to Lecours, and even though they didn't have the parts I needed they introduced me to the mechanic and gave me everything I needed to fix my truck. They didn't need to help me, I was a total stranger that got stranded and was passing through. Thank you Lecours, the staff I met today were some of the friendliest people I have ever met.

I have delayed doing this but do not want miss saying very good things about this dealership We had our defroster quit on our 2024Ford 450 Thor Axsis Class A RV. We had stayed outside of town on a cold rainy night; and could not drive on without a heater in the cab . We arrived on Oct 20th at this pleasant well layed out easy in /out place @noon ( so lunch break ) . As we were towing a truck we appreciated having a place to drive around. The Service advisor was friendly , concerned and very informed . We were told we had wait some time as it was lunch time. But we detached our truck went to Lunch at Tim's. Before long they were done. It was only a wire inside cab on passenger side ( pulled off); but once fixed the heat and Blower were way better. . It was never right as wires hung down no thanks to Thor . As this RV was by far worse designed RV and frankly garage as trip Continued. The Ford engine ( Godzilla ) was the only really good thing; I digress .Anyway I was well informed by Service manager about a number of things ; so knowledgeable . I think he did the work.?! The fact we were in & out and back on road in3hrs was remarkable esp., since an hour of that was lunch hour . The work was done all under Warrenty. If you want to get great friendly, fast efficient effective and economical ( 3 important E's) work done come here. If buying a car or truck I would go to Lecours if I lived inOnt.
