The position requires candidates to assist customers with the repair or maintenance of their vehicles, schedule appointments, recommend additional products, communicate with technical staff and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conducts delivery process, and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery to develop customer loyalty.
