General Summary

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The position requires candidates to assist customers with the repair or maintenance of their vehicles, schedule appointments, recommend additional products, communicate with technical staff and ensure customer satisfaction.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the auto industry and retail is preferred but not necessary.
• Sales Skills are very important
• Must be organized and attentive to detail.

• Meets or exceeds goals for add-on sales.
• Working effectively with Others
• Follows up with the customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
