SERVICE ADVISOR - Hearst

Job Description

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The position requires candidates to assist customers with the repair or maintenance of their vehicles, recommend additional products, communicate with technical staff and ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate attributes should include:
• Must be organized and attentive to detail.
• Willingness to learn, work hard and be a team player.
• Bilingual • Communicates with customer about status of work.
• Previous experience in retail environment serving customers is a must
•Meets or exceeds goals for add-on sales.
•Working effectively with Others
•Follows up with the customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Computer Skills
• General automotive knowledge Prior experience as a Service Advisor is considered an asset but not necessary.
